PENNEP is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As an integral part of our talent acquisition efforts, Candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. Under the guidance of specialists, Candidates get knowledge in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while contributing their innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Create and post compelling job descriptions.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Help build and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Gather feedback from candidates for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Education

Completed Bachelor's and master's in business administration.
